Position Overview:We are currently seeking an accomplished and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Accounts Executive. This role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. The Accounts Executive works closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:1. Performing the daily operations of accounting department - which includes but not limited to Payments/Receipts, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Purchase Orders & Sales Invoicing, General Accounts & GLA, COGS mapping, Bank reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation, Payments processing, Head office & Branch Accounting, Employee's Reimbursements accounting, Provisions and Accruals, Inventory Management etc,. 2. Posting daily accounting entries in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory - like vendors & customers creation, payment requests, PO processing, Invoices creation, Expenses Accounting etc,. 3. Coordinating with the operations team for Accounts Payable/Receivable activities and preparing the timely payables/receivables report. 4. Assisting the Finance team in monthly closure activities, MIS preparation and yearly audit closure activities 5. Assisting the consultants in providing the details for filings of GST, TDS, MCA, Labor Compliances, Audit etc,. 6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and communications related to accounts. Qualifications: 1. A commerce graduate either / / CA-Inter with 1-3 years of prior experience working in accounting/ CA firm / corporate 2. Good knowledge of accounting and basics of GST & TDS 3. Experience working with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory is a must 4. Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table, formatting, formulas and functions) and MS office skills Benefits : 1.
