Role: Finance Business Partner - Spends
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities: Finance Business Partner - Spends
.Primarily, Finance support to key functions - including marketing, customer care, logistics, etc. liaise with Business teams, FP&A team and accounting operations team.
.Develop a clear understanding of business, key drivers, analyze key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to business teams (finance operational and finance reporting)
.Design and cascade functional goals to all levels in the team (and, business) working in & along with the FP&A team
.Evaluate and raise questions on the business design, as required, esp. when the action plans do not add up to the goals of the company
.Support the creation and update of budgets for different functions, ongoing review and monitoring of budget vs actuals
.Support the preparation of monthly MIS and ad-hoc internal reporting. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards to track key performance metrics for the function.
.Establishing scalable processes around new business models and evaluations - including related reporting framework
.Drive cost saving projects which involves cross function co-ordination, focused approach and tangible results
Competencies:
.CA with 2+ years of relevant experience
.In-depth knowledge of reconciliation, planning, budgeting & forecasting
.Experience developing financial reports and metrics
.Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
.Prior experience of E-commerce or a Distribution company is an added advantage
.Excellent Microsoft excel skills and logical thinking
