We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining financial records in compliance with accounting standards.

As an Accountant at S. Bhalotia & Associates, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's financial operations. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and maintaining general ledger accounts. Additionally, you will collaborate with the finance team to assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.

  • Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or errors and resolve them
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Knowledge of general entries, Posting in ledger, Preparation of Trial Balance, GST, Tally, PF, ESI, Data Entry, Audit, All Type of Audit & Other of Account Works
