Requirements
- Program Manage end-to-end finance including accouting, GST, tax, payroll and compliance process through external finance partner
- Identify opportunities to optimize spending, monitor key performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze the root cause of variances to deliver valuable insight and recommendations for respective employee cost centers.
- Support in FP&A, managing frequent, ad hoc projects to support senior management and business decisions.
- Build P&L reporting of functional cost centers
- Own monthly payroll process for India and US and lead all aspects of employee payouts like reimbursements, variable pay etc.
- Direct and oversee the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives for employee benefits.
- Continuously improve processes/deliverables, drive change, and elevate the level of reporting.
Experience
- 3-5 years of work experience in the finance domain
- Working experience accounting firms
- A self-motivated team player who can define, structure, and prioritize work for the team and who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate.
- Experienced with accounting, payroll and compliance for US is a plus
- Strong organizational, planning, quantitative and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative thinking skills.
- History of effective multi-tasking, expectation setting, and escalation of issues where appropriate.
- Focused attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in his/her work product
- Working experience in venture-backed companies (Series A/B/C/D) in the SaaS vertical is a plus.
