In Commercial Org OPEX and TMO Finance Team, we manage spend planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, analysing, decision making, tracking transformation savings, return on investments. We also provide business and financial consulting, drive process improvements, digital transformation and ensure process compliance.
Currently we are looking for an aspiring Senior Financial Analyst with great enthusiasm to learn and contribute in Finance Planning, Analytics and Transformation

Currently we are looking for an aspiring Senior Financial Analyst with great enthusiasm to learn and contribute in Finance Planning, Analytics and Transformation
Main responsibilities are:
- Lead CO OPEX Financial planning and forecasting
- Annual Budget planning including O&O and upload in SACP
- Lead monthly forecast reviews and upload in SACP
- Month end spend variance analysis (Budget vs Actual/Flash vs Actual/Expected exit vs Actual)
- Story behind the numbers
- Maintaining Master Data (Enable MRU/Sub MRU creation, Cost Pool creation, Cost center creation)
- Business level spend allocation, Segment level analysis and handling GBU queries
- Project Management and process improvements
- Automation Knowledge (SQL Python, PowerBI, power query, VBA)
- Excellent system knowledge in SACP, S4, Webi
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Understand OPEX impact to overall CO level and P&L
- Provide finance consulting where needed
- Lead, design and improve financial analysis to drive better business and financial results
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in finance; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred
- Typically 8+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, presentations).
