Job Summary:

As a Senior Manager (Accounting) at Datastub, you will play a vital role in overseeing foreign accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in accounting and demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.

What you will be doing:
  • Adopt & improve the current process and work allocation mechanism
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the team and resolve any escalation
  • Design & develop analytics reports for clients on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Track team performance matrix
  • Raise your concern for any procedural flow or work/data error
  • Plan and execute year-end audits
  • Prepare/plan forecasts & budgets on a monthly basis
  • Guide & upskill team members

What you’ll bring:

  • 8 to 15 years of Experience in accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in US accounting
  • Profound in team management
  • CA certification is required
  • Knowledge of US GAAP or CPA certification is good to have
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making & logical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience working with QuickBooks
