  • As a part of the headquarter controlling team, supports Head Group Controlling with analysis and in the planning processes. Additionally, be responsible for the Group reporting tool, Tagetik, ensuring timely reporting and closing activities and being an integral part of the company planning process and the headquarter controlling team.
  • Runs sanity checks in monthly closing process with focus on all KPIs: Order Intake, Sales, Order backlog, Gross Margin, OPEX, Adj EBITDA, ONCF, FCF.
  • Runs monthly Financial standard analysis with focus on all KPIs: Order Intake, Sales, Order backlog, Gross Margin, OPEX, Adj EBITDA, ONCF, FCF.
  • Responsible for the monthly closing and reporting activities of company Group.
  • Runs sanity checks and analysis of Rolling Forecast data.
  • Supports creation of company MIS packages, including commentary on key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ad hoc analysis in the company financial reporting system.
  • Drives the company Budget process, creating reports for data from the company Financial Reporting system (Excel & PowerPoint), supporting the Head Group Controlling on a seamless running of the budget cycle.
  • Supports up-date of 5 Year-Plan.
  • Controlling co-owner of the Group reporting tool, Tagetik. Drives automatization of reports (Tagetik).
  • Runs or supports special finance projects.
  • Supports Segment and legal entity controlling teams, acting as first point of contact for controlling issues.
  • 3-5 years in a comparable position, with a total of 7-10 years of experience across FP&A/ controlling functions.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint expertise; good analytical skills; ideally SAP knowledge; ideally experience in budget processes; High interest in Business application tools.
