Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for Fulltime Payroll. CA/ CMA Appeared or equivalent certification is a plus. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our financial processes through the effective utilization of ERP software. This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, coupled with hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP systems.Position Title: Senior Accountant
Location- Bhopal (Onsite)

Job Type- Full-time

NP- 0-15 Days

Time- 10- 7 PM

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience of 10 Years in an accounting role, with an understanding of ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience in accounting and finance who can Manage all accounting transactions
• Has the ability to perform and work independently.
• Can Prepare budget forecasts, compute taxes, PF Filling and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and Audit financial transactions and documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and configure the ERP system to meet the organization's accounting needs.
• Generate and analyze financial reports using data extracted from the ERP system.
• Provide insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making processes.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records within the ERP system
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams on ERP system functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 10+ Years in an accounting role, with an understanding of ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA/CMA Appeared or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
