- Responsible for Monthly close activities to meet Corporate timelines, planning preparing the period close checklist and ensure adherence to milestones
- Working on Withholding Tax (TDS) compliance and tax payments and tax eTDS return filings and timely issuance of tax (TDS) certificates to employees and vendors
- Involved in Dynamics ERP, administering chart of accounts to be in alignment with Corporate Chart of accounts
- Supports Fixed Assets GL accounting (depreciation, capitalisation and also impairment of assets analysis), ensure accuracy of fixed assets register and assets tagging
- Operating expenses review, ensure accurate cost centre accounting, timely publishing periodic reports to Corp FP&A teams
- Quarterly accounts recons and BS reviews
- General Ledger accounting and reporting, Inter Company close and reporting
- Support both Internal and external audits
- Working knowledge on ERP
- Payroll accounting
Desired Profile:
- CA Inter/ B. Com with MBA with 3 -5 years of working experience on GL accounting
- Must have working knowledge of ERP like Microsoft applications (Dynamics), SAP, Oracle,
LOCATION, TRAVEL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Bangalore India
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required
- Full compliance with the Ohmium Vaccination Policy
