Your role and responsibilities
Recruiting, training and leading a team of financial analysts for your region, nurturing their professional development and skill enhancement Establishing clear roles and responsibilities within the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Setting performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to measure and evaluate their contributions Leading the development and management of the Local Division annual budgeting process, working closely with Divisions FP&A Lead to establish financial targets and budgets Driving the Local Division's rolling quarterly forecasts process that consider changes business performance, and emerging opportunities or challenges Performing detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to provide insights into the Local Divisions financial performance and opportunities for improvement. Creating dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key financial metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making Creating Local Division-level presentations that convey financial information in a clear and understandable manner

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance
- 8+ years of experience in Controlling and accounting incl. leadership experience of running team size of 3-8
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
- Experience of working in service delivery model environment
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational organization
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for conveying complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
