JOB PURPOSE

To support Project Expansion

ORGANISATION CHART

To support Capex budget, monitoring the expense, capitalization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To maintain the Project & Operational Budget and ensure that the request received for works are part of the project Budget in order to ensure that project budget does not exceeds.

To upload Budgets in SAP and Keep tracking on real time basis. Carry forward the budgets immediately post approval. Creation of IOs/WBS against approved Budget timely. To release the Capex related contracts in the SAP . Attending SAP related issues.

To Actively participate in Budget Reviews and resolution of user department queries.

To Capitalize the Assets and preparation of CWIP. Sending periodical CWIP balances to users for getting updated status to ensure capitalization. Preparation of Asset-wise BOQ for capitalization. Including the Asset dismantled and sold.

To maintain list of contracts awarded with salient features like nature of work, amount, major terms etc. in order to control all the project related contracts.

To Assist in Physical verification of Assets and Asset Tagging.

To maintain BG/CG Tracker. Follow-up for expiring BGs/CGs. Preparation and follow-up with Bank BG confirmation/encashment etc.

To provide the audit information including documentation of working papers related to Capex and including attending audit queries.

To maintain Bill of entries in order to keep the required documents for in getting the timely completion of project assessment from the Customs deptt and Bank remittance purposes.

To prepare monthly/weekly MIS having IO/WBS issued against approved Budget and Unbudgeted. POs issued during the month along with complete details and updating the Tracker. Capex payments made during the week/month containing Vendor, PO & IO details etc. Extracting the GST data related to Capex from SAP.

To ensure proper accounting under the correct head and actively lead the development of asset register as per the project contracts and other details received from the contractors.

To ensure process improvements in the area of Capex Budgets, MIS. Automation of MIS reports with the help of SAP team. Resolving SAP related Issues by coordinating with other departments

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
  • Capex budget as per the AOP per annum.

OTHER DIMENSIONS
  • Multiple MIS reporting for regulatory and internal purposes.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant (CA/ICWA) or MBA from premier institute
  • Commerce Graduate (B.Com)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • 4-8 years of experience.
