About the Company:

Pixxel is a space data company, building a constellation of hyperspectral earth imaging satellites and the analytical tools to mine insights from that data. The constellation is designed to provide global coverage every 24 hours, with the aim of detecting, monitoring and predicting global

phenomena. As we ramp up building our constellation, we're looking to onboard a dedicated resource for handling the commercial compliances of the Company. The role will be a part of and report to the Finance Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that all the commercial compliances (Tax, customs, EOU, labor, etc.), and related accounting reports are managed with Zero deviations.

What will you do?

• Own the Customs & EOU, and other related compliances of the Company. Ensure all the filings are correct & done on time.

• Own the Inventory management, accounting, & reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

• Maintain inventory register and reconcile it with books on a regular basis.

• Be an integral part of the ERP implementation team.

• Work with different teams and ensure we have the best process in place and things move timely, while being 100% compliant.

• Work on exploring other export incentives, refunds, and benefits applicable to the Company.

• Work closely with the statutory auditors to ensure Annual closure on time.

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities from time to time.

Who are we looking for?

• A qualified CA with 0-2 years of experience.

• Experience in manufacturing companies is a big plus. Work on ERPS is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of accounting and taxation rules and processes- including bookkeeping, tax reports, inventory accounting.

• Basic knowledge of customs processes, and laws is preferred.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams and external partners.

• Should be able to independently take up tasks and deliver results.

• Ability to learn and implement quickly on the job.

• Joining: Immediate joinees preferred/ up to 1 month of notice period

• Compensation: Better than industry standards
