Location: Bangalore, India
Job Role:
At Xiaomi, as a Manager of Financial Reporting your role would involve overseeing the financial reporting function within the organization and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Duties :
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, quarterly and annual reporting requirements for management, regulatory bodies, and the corporate office.
  • Coordinate Group Office consolidation of finances and audit
  • Complete the finalization of annual accounts (Indian GAAP)
  • Lead the month end close process and any required Flash reporting
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Manage business development activities according to financial plan to achieve profitability and revenue growth
  • Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals from financial reporting Perspective
  • Inspect and approve all Customer contracts of the company.
  • Managing Audits - Statutory, Internal, Process etc
  • Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making
  • Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exception / inconsistencies, initiate action and follow-up for logical closure.
  • Helps individuals achieve more by constantly raise expectations and providing relevant support
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve results in a fast pace and rapid growth environment characterized by dynamism and ambiguity.

Qualification - Qualified CA
Experience - 8+ years
Full time or Part time - Full Time
Skills - experience in similar industry/Big 4 preferred.
Travel - only on critical Business requirements.
Experience: 8.00-15.00 Years
