Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Canada Tax Accountant to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Canada Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of tax accounting principles and the ability to analyze complex financial data. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in Canadian tax accounting and be able to work effectively in a remote setting.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Canadian tax accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in tax software and tools, such as Caseware and Taxprep.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • CPA certification is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports related to Canadian tax accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with all Canadian tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other related documents for individuals and businesses.
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex tax issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on tax planning and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in Canadian tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies.
  • Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
