Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to fill the role of INTER CA VADODARA at Shreem Management. As an INTER CA, you will be responsible for various accounting and financial tasks, including managing accounts, handling GST and TDS requirements, assisting with government liasoning, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • Qualified INTER CA with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations
  • Experience in handling GST and TDS requirements
  • Familiarity with government liasoning processes and documentation
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations
  • Handle the entire GST and TDS process, including filing returns and monitoring compliance
  • Assist with government liasoning, ensuring required documentation and approvals are obtained
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis as required
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing and payment
  • Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective accounting and financial management
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting and taxation regulations
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and addressing audit findings
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and transactions
  • Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc accounting and financial tasks as required
