Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and analyze accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any issues or inconsistencies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Review financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to management
- Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger reconciliations
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is strongly preferred
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills
