Requirements

Qualification: CA Intermediate, B.Com or M.Com, MBA in Finance

Work Experience: 1-2 year of experience in the field of accounting or Accounts Payable

Skills:

1. Sound accounting knowledge.

2. Basic tax knowledge of Taxes like VAT/GST

3. Microsoft excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge.

4. Working experience on any of the accounting packages

Job Responsibilities:

1. Keeping track of AP/AR processes including AR invoicing, AP invoice uploading and processing from AP/AR software to ERP.

2. Regular follow up with users to ensure closure of open items related to vendor invoice processing.

3. Reconciliation of AP/AR

4. Ensure timely resolutions of invoice processing related queries.

5. Preparing AP/AR reports

6. Posting Journal entries/Bank entries in accounting software.

7. Preparing reports required by Management.

8. Helping team in timely closure of monthly/quarterly/yearly activities.

9. Knowledge about the accruals, prepayments, depreciation entries.

10. Preparing working for VAT/GST returns

11. Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
