An opportunity to be apart of Financial Services Division of our client , a nearly 100 year old US MNC, world leading manufacturers of construction, earth moving ,mining equipment's etc is hiring for Financial Analyst - Profitability Reporting & Analysis
Required: CA with 8 -12+ years of progressive experience in product FPA in similar industry
The ideal candidate is required to drive accountability to product groups for their profitability performance using standard methodologies. This involves supporting processes, reporting & analysis of: • Product P&L statements including maintenance of allocation rules and coordinating closing activities • Investigate, research and develop recommendations for the allocation rules • Product lifetime profitability including the PV (present value) analysis, monthly data reconciliations and heat maps • Share of market and competitor landscape Process Transition & Improvement: • Performing the tasks related to the transition of the projects in line with COE scope of work, timelines, business requirements and defined metrics/KPIs • Participating in knowledge transfer sessions, defining and owning the documentation (instruction manuals and scorecards/trackers) • Partnering with multiple global stakeholders on day-to-day operations • Identifying and leveraging on tools and technologies to transform processes • Driving continuous improvement via simplification, standardization and automation • Embedding change management best practices .
Preferred candidate:Knowledge of using tools such as Axiom, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and other Financial reporting software and tools• Working knowledge of basis of allocation, methodology and processes• Experience with advanced excel, power BI and powerpoint presentations
