Responsibilities: -
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis efforts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements: -
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field;
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Experience:-
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis, or related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts, including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
