ACCOUNTS & FINANCE profile required ..
• Handling Daily Banking Activity & Bank Reconciliation
• Monthly Profit & Loss account discussion with Station heads
• Closing of Books - Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly
• Timely processing, payment and accounting of invoices received from vendor, contractor and supplier.
• Receipts from Debtors & Debtors reconciliation
• Invoice Booking & Payments
• Provisions for Expenses and allocation
• Analyzing receivables & Scrutinizing payables
• Generating & Maintaining daily MIS required
• Strong knowledge of accounts & accounting principles
• Working Capital Management
• Preparing statutory details on regular intervals i.e. Service Tax & TDS for payment.
• Online tax payment on the due date
• Filing of Service Tax Returns & TDS Return
• MIS required for TDS Returns & Service Tax Returns
• Knowledge of closing of books of Accounts and doing provisions
Skills Required:
- MS Office & Internet
Skills: Ca, Cost Accountant, Icwa
Experience: 1.00-11.00 Years
