Job Description
  • Track receipt of payments from customers and offset in accounting system.
  • Reconciliation of all debtor’s accounts/confirmations and submission of debtors outstanding reports
  • Monitoring client creation process
  • Review of invoice requests for conformity to company’s revenue recognition policy
  • Maintaining projects and project budgets in accounting system
  • Assisting Manager finance with maintaining records as per documented controls as per IFC
  • Maintaining and reconciling COGS/COSS payable BS account and regular follow up for receipt of bills against claims for settlement
  • Maintaining and coordinating with business for adequate records for International Inter-Company transactions as per TP rules
  • Assisting Manager Finance with Yearly Statutory Audits as it relates to Accounts receivables and COGS/COSS
  • Coordination with AP and other functions for effective discharge of above duties
  • Regular monitoring and reconciliation of TDS recoverable with tax records (26AS)
  • Assisting Manager Finance with monthly GST filings, reconciling input credits and yearly returns
  • Creation of client invoices basis the revenue recognition policy.
  • Client reconciliation.
  • Liaising with business for client payments and its settlement in system.

    • Job Description-
  • Regular monitoring and reconciliation of TDS recoverable with tax records (26AS) etc.
  • Has exposure to collections - follow up with all regions.
  • Sound knowledge of ERP systems - AR Function and Excel skills
  • Some exposure to FP&A, Budgeting is a good to have


  • Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter/ MBA with know- how of AR function
  • Experience in reconciliation (with different platforms) and statutory returns
  • Good communication skills
  • Should be able to independently work on projects
