Our Manufacturing client a world leader in construction, mining and other engineering equipment manufacturing has an opportunity for Balance sheet Review and analysis mid level profile as part of Centre of Excellence (COE) team from Bangalore GBS Organization.
A CA with 5 -7+ years of relevant progressive experience is an ideal candidate.
Role and Responsibilities: Support monthly and adhoc balance sheet activities, including but not limited to, reporting & analysis, forecast submissions, inventory refresh, FX submission, GL review & corrections • Analyze trends for different asset and liability accounts based on historic data, previous year, annual business plan and forecast • Ensure balance sheet items align with P&L and in line with leadership & team expectations • Ensure to forecast and submit average balance sheet items (average total inventory, average total receivables, average total payables, average customer advances, average total net accountable assets) • Understand the calculation and review metrics like inventory turns, days receivables outstanding, days payable outstanding etc. • Work on activities related to fixed asset balances, capex forecast, receivables & payables forecast • Reporting of metrics via scorecards to VP and senior VPInventory support and analysisProcess Transition & Improvement:Preferred candidates: Will have Knowledge of using tools such as Axiom, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), capex tools etc. Manufacturing background expShared services exp
