Accountant

• Co-ordination between business & finance team for timely payments and arranging tax opinions on related matters
• Monitoring over advances, liability creation and its settlement, capitalization etc. of Realty vertical
• Discussion / facilitation with internal departments, statutory and internal auditors as required
• Conduct limited review of departments within Realty vertical
• Development / participation in process strengthening / control measures (SOP etc.)
• Preparation and support in making revenue & capital budgets
• Participation in CFT and vendor negotiation meetings
• Functional experience in day to day general accounting, negotiation with vendors, participation in cross functional teams, knowledge of related taxation, dealing with various internal departments & statutory auditors etc.

Preferable if worked in realty company. CA Inter will be preferred.
