What you'll do As a key member of the International Accounting and Consolidations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly close and reporting process for various international entities within a high-powered global enterprise. This will include preparing intercompany invoices, journal entries, and account reconciliations for the entities within your scope. As a team, we achieve this by collaborating with global partners to ensure a high-quality work product while operating within a multidimensional environment! The day-to-day While ensuring the accurate revaluation and translation of financial balances and operating results, you will maintain intercompany balances for various international entities, including preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliation, billings, and foreign exchange adjustments. You will assist in the review of each international entity's balance sheet and income statement for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with US GAAP. Reviews of subsidiary financial information will include reviews of contracts and revenue recognition, as well as cost accounting procedures. You will partner with both internal and external teams, serving as a point of contact with international controllers and coordinating audits for the timely and efficient filing of statutory and tax accounts. You will also work with Tax to transfer pricing and indirect tax matters, collaborate with external and internal auditors, and assist with the preparation of audit schedules. What you'll need Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or a similar subject area 4+ years of proven accounting experience CPA required A proven understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and accounting theory Leads projects and priorities with proven analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word with strong interpersonal skills that enable communication at all levels of management.
