2. Experience: CA (about ~4-8 years)

Responsibilities :

• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligning with the company's goals and objectives, with a specific focus on the IPO.
• Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead fundraising activities, maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders. Manage communication with investors, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Audits and Legal Compliance: Liaise with udit firms and large law firms to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing audits, and managing legal obligations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and growth.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee financial reporting processes, prepare financial statements, and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.
