You will be working as Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist for the Financial Planning & Analysis Services division in Finance Services Business Area , reporting FP&A Centre of Expertise - Team lead and this position will be based in Bangalore ,India. In this role, you will be providing Financial Planning and Controlling expertize to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

Your responsibilities
  • Performing analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers
  • Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting and forex valuations, hedging, audits & Group on special projects.
  • Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions
  • Participating in business process /project reviews / functions review, assisting in target setting, & strategic planning & analyzing performance of portfolio for various segments and presenting financial dashboards for business review
  • Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements
  • Providing training to FP&A Analysts and onboarding of new employees. Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements
  • Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future tax / internal / external audits and reviews and ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated regularly for all activities performed by the team

Your background
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred
  • Minimum 5 year experience in Accounting and Finance with 2+ years of experience in FP&A is preferable.
  • Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules
  • Basic Knowledge of Sales & Distribution, Production planning, Projects, Material master modules in SAP
  • Good communication Skills
