Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis,Tally,Gst.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, financial statements, and tax returns
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and review budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports for management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Supervise and train junior accounting staff
  • Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits as required
