The Opportunity: Assistant Manager-Operations-Operations-CBS - FIN - Controlling-General Accounting

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Candidate must be well versed with accounting concept / GL Reconciliation with detailed insight on inter-company invoicing.

Should have knowledge of SAP

Ensure all the inter-company invoicing is done within the timeline.

Support AP, AR and GST team for completing the end-to-end cycle for intercompany invoicing

Analyse and research reporting issues to improve accounting operations procedures

Reconcile intercompany account balances and proactively resolve intercompany imbalances

Liaison with Internal Auditors to make the projection for year-end inter-company invoicing

Posting and reconciling Intercompany journal entries on both sides for cross-company enabled locations

Ownership of KPI delivery, and improvements where required, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis w.r.t Invoicing between inter-entities and as well as intra-entities

Responsible for the timely and accurate review, posting and reconciliation for the reporting of intercompany invoicing.

Preparing SOP for various inter-company billing

Develop, document, implement and manage accounting processes, controls and systems to ensure appropriate level of internal control

Designing optimum technical solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy to enable the detect control.

Executing Intercompany agreements.

B.Com/CA Inter/MBA FinanceExperience

8 to 10 Years
