Role & Responsibilities
1. Carry out management consulting engagements as team lead/member or as individual
contributor depending on the nature of engagements. The engagements would be in the
areas of business advisory, risk advisory (including internal / management audits, process
work, start up consulting etc)
2. Supervise a team of consultants across multiple client engagements. Plan, organize, direct
and monitor the overall quality of deliverables, processes and completion of projects within
budgeted timeline.
3. Communicating the results of assignments and value drivers of clients businesses through
written reports and oral presentations
4. Responsible for job economics and for ensuring timely close and billing of projects
5. Research, compile and introduce leading practices in the industry(s) in terms of processes,
practices, tools, and technology
6. Develop opportunities both at existing clients and new clients. Assist and participate in
business development activities along with partners and directors
7. Develop and engage team through individual contacts and group meetings. Assist with hiring,
training, and evaluation of staff and take effective actions to address performance matters.
